公司副總經理兼安全總監代禮兵來到正通鉆井21隊承鉆的AHHW2117井，代表公司董事會、經營層關心慰問一線員工，代表董事長總經理李月廷宣讀了致21隊全體員工慰問信，并對后續施工作業提出了相關要求。
AHHW2117井當日井深5333米，下油層套管工況，井隊生產有條不紊。鉆井21隊2021年取得“四開四完”的優異成績，全年進尺11397米。
對井隊員工在寒冬和元旦節日的施工堅守，代禮兵代表董事會、經營層表達了謝意，并對鉆井21隊2021年的工作給予充分肯定，他還將2021年度公司所取的成績、2022年公司面臨的形勢向井隊干部進行了通報，鼓勵大家勇于擔當、敢于拼搏、團結一致，共同推動公司劈波斬浪、一往無前。
針對后續施工作業，代禮兵要求井隊要將安全生產放在首位，井隊干部、技術人員和現場HSE監督要齊心協力，認真分析完井作業的風險，做好事前提示預防，確保人身、井下及設備安全。
最后，代禮兵再三叮囑項目經理部和井隊干部，一定要關心好員工生活，緊抓安全生產不放松。再有一個月，就是中國的傳統節日春節，希望鉆井21隊全體將士團結一致，平穩、安全地結束鉆井工作，早日與家人團聚。

the company's Deputy General Manager and Chief Safety Officer Dai Libing, visited Well AHHW2117, which is being drilled by Zhengtong Drilling Team 21. On behalf of the company's Board of Directors and management, he extended heartfelt greetings and concerns to the frontline staff. He also read out a letter of condolence addressed to all members of Drilling Team 21 on behalf of Chairman and General Manager Li Yueting, and put forward relevant requirements for subsequent construction operations.
At that time, Well AHHW2117 had reached a depth of 5,333 meters, with the production casing being run, and the drilling crew was operating in an orderly manner. Drilling Team 21 achieved excellent results of "four starts and four completions" in 2021, with footage of 11,397 meters throughout the year.
Dai Libing expressed gratitude to the drilling crew for their dedication during the cold winter and New Year's Day holiday on behalf of the Board of Directors and management. He also fully affirmed the team's work in 2021, briefed the crew leaders on the company's achievements in 2021 and the challenges it faces in 2022, and encouraged everyone to be courageous, resilient, and united in their efforts to drive the company forward through challenges and obstacles.
Regarding the subsequent construction operations, Dai Libing emphasized that safety must be the top priority. He urged the drilling crew leaders, technicians, and on-site HSE supervisors to work together, carefully analyze the risks associated with completion operations, and take proactive measures to prevent accidents, ensuring the safety of personnel, downhole operations, and equipment.
Finally, Dai Libing reiterated his instructions to the project management team and drilling crew leaders to prioritize the well-being of their staff and maintain a strict focus on safety. With just one month to go before the traditional Chinese New Year, he expressed his hope that Drilling Team 21 would remain united, complete their drilling work smoothly and safely and reunite with their families as soon as possible.
